CC Iron (Luis, Tommy, Gabriel) were the best people we've worked with, maybe ever. The black gate/fence in the photos is the photo we gave to them, and the blue gate/fence is what they delivered - it's absolutely beautiful and better than we were hoping for! Every bit of it is smooth and perfectly manufactured. From my first email to them, they have gone above and beyond. Luis responded almost immediately and asked all the right questions, including if our HOA had approved the project (which we hadn't even thought of, being new homeowners). They came out to look at the project only about 3 hours after that and gave us the best bid we had received. They took the measurements right then, and we were off and running. Gabriel sent us photos throughout the whole process and kept us informed about what was going on. When Tommy and his team came to install the gate/fence, we were put right at ease. The whole thing was wrapped up securely in carpet and plastic. And, the team was clearly highly skilled and experienced. I wish all our new home projects had gone even remotely this well. I can't thank you enough, Luis, Tommy, and Gabriel.

Well, the reviews from the neighbors are in! Everyone agrees that these are the most beautiful gates they've ever seen! Tommy and Luis were wonderful to work with, providing us details every step of the way, and kept us informed with photos of the work in progress. Everything we asked for we got, right down to every last detail. I had provided a photo of a lighthouse that they computerized and used for the security door. Lasers work wonderfully, with details unmatched by any other system. We totally recommend this wonderful company!

This is a first-class operation from start to finish. This is the second job they have done for me at my business in Ocean Beach. Luis, Tommy and crew are personal and professional every step of the way. Luis comes out and walks you through step by step. Then goes back to the shop and creates the design with his team. They make sure you are happy with it, measurements are accurate, etc. before they start to produce their work. I had two different gates done and an iron fence. All which have added beauty and safety to our building. Even the customers comment on how nice it is since it was installed. Then on site, Tommy and his crew come to install. They go above and beyond and even went to get me a great handle and lock to install. I would highly recommend this company for any work you need done at home or your business.

COMPETENT, TRUST WORTH & FAIR PRICED =================================== I built a new home and had many requirements for complex custom railing and gates. CCI, run by the owner Tommy and his son Luis, came trough in a big way. They not only did a great quality job, but were very professional in the whole process. Tommy started working right away even though they were super busy at the time, and Luis kept updating me on the status of fabrication and build by sending periodic updates along with pictures of my railing and gate. Let me tell you all, after working with many contractors, this is a rarity - it's true professionalism at its best. The railing and gate came out just beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the final product and service throughout the process. Thank you Tommy & Luis! Looking for an iron gate door...We reached out to Continental Custom Iron. Family owned business which I liked. My husband called them on the weekend and had a good outcome with them being very friendly, responsive and helpful. We met with Tommy a few days after the call explained to him what we wanted and he assured us they can do it. To make a long story short....we highly recommend Continental Custom Iron Inc. they did a fabulous job on our gate door, they communicated with us on the progress of it, they completed the work way before they had mentioned in the beginning and price was very reasonable. There are not enough positive words to do this company justice! Continental Custom Iron, under the direction of Tommy and Luis, is simply put - the best vendor I have ever had the privilege to work with. Between Luis' responsiveness, continuous updates, patience ....and the talent, accommodations and creativity of Tommy - there truly is no better company to take care of any of your custom metal work. I found Continental Custom Iron searching online and through reviews and when I submitted my inquiry, Luis responded almost immediately. Not a fluke. For the past 2 months Luis responded to every text, call and email almost within an hour if not minutes...nights, weekends, holidays - so incredibly responsive. Luis provided updates and photos throughout the process. They work fast! They provided renderings in both 2D and 3D same day....and goodness, those 3D renderings are incredible! The final product matched it exactly! EXACTLY. To be able to see what the final product would look like really put my mind at ease. I was able to really visual how light would pass through the design as well as the visual of the design within my door frame and property front. Overall, what an amazing experience. To have this need for gates and go through such a seamless process and end with a final product you are over the moon about. Truly, money well spent. I know this is only one voice, but read the rest of the reviews left for them.
